Omama Services Inc. combines decades of healthcare and management experience with its core values of compassion, care, and integrity. Established with an abiding respect for elders, our agency trains staff to treat patients like family members.
A successful healthcare services provider, we have earned top rankings from Massachusetts health plans. Founded in 2019 by Nana Boasiako, Omama Services Inc. received the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce’s BIPOC Business of the Year Award for 2024.
A native of Ghana, Boasiako relocated to the U.S. in 2008. She started as a Certified Nurse Aide, working with patients in nursing homes and for home health agencies in Virginia. She served as a private duty nurse to several Washington-area executives and their family members, and started her own home health care business. She also established a commercial cleaning agency, growing to serve large companies and fulfilling federal contracts.
She moved to Central Massachusetts in 2018 (on a cold day in early February) and rebooted her career. She served as a program manager for group homes, where she rebuilt staffing and restored morale. She registered her business in 2019 and began to focus on Omama Services full-time during the global pandemic in 2020. Omama Services opened our first offices in downtown Worcester, first in the Denholm Building, moving to 370 Main Street in 2023.
Our agency provides home health aide, personal care, and skilled nursing services, working with private clients and organizations such as Elder Services of Worcester and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.
